Children are our future!

They need tools to succeed in the classroom.

At a time when many families cannot afford to purchase all the school supplies needed by their children, the responsibility often falls on the teachers. Tools 4 Teaching, a store on NW 4th Street, is stocked with school supplies and resources of all kinds. It’s open to all teachers in Marion County; each of whom may shop once a month for free, to meet the needs of their children and classroom.

Resources are provided for teachers from kindergarten through high school. What do they need? Among other things, pencils, crayons, scissors, tissues, notebook paper, composition books, rulers, highlighters, notebooks, sticky notes, hand sanitizer and more. Donations from the community stock the shelves at this important resource.

How can you help? A box in the Outreach Room is available year-round for your donated items. When the box is filled, Outreach Ministry members deliver to the store. CASH CONTRIBUTIONS ACCEPTED (CHECKS ONLY) TO PUBLIC EDUCATION FOUNDATION

YOU CAN HELP A STUDENT AND A TEACHER ALL AT ONCE BY DONATING NEEDED SUPPLIES!
