Happy Hands Ministry is our card ministry and was formed for the purpose of making and sending uplifting greetings to those who have special needs in our congregation. Additionally, the cards are sold in the Narthex for $2.00 each for members to send personally as they wish. The card types include birthday, anniversary, get well, sympathy and thinking of you. We also enjoy making seasonal cards.
Proceeds from the sale of the cards are used to help outside organizations/charities, for purchasing items needed by the church and for replenishing our card-making supplies. We take donations of used cards and refurbish them into new creations as well as use other card making techniques to create them. Happy Hands is a fun-loving bunch. We discuss and share our ideas, learn from each other and enjoy what we do. We are willing to help anyone get started who would like to join us.
